How do I
clean my cloths?
This is a great place to refer to
the '5 rules of the Cloth' on the bottom of the home page.
Many times you can simply rinse
the cloths well in just water. When they are very dirty or have
pulled greasy substances into them - you can machine or hand wash
with detergent or dish soap & bleach (if desired) and they will go
right back to work. It is best if they are not washed with towels or
other lint-bearing items as the lint will transfer back to your
surfaces.
Bottom line is that we guarantee
a clean cloth will not streak or spot. If you ARE getting streaks or
spots... it's time to rinse it well or to wash it, depending
on what has been pulled into it.
Do not use Fabric Softener as
this will coat the cloth. Air Drying prolongs the life of the cloth.

I'm getting
water spots - what am I doing wrong?
Water spots are caused by too
much moisture in your cloth. When ready to use it, wring it out
WELL. Water spots simply mean you still have too much moisture
in your cloth.

Can I use the
Ultimate Cloth on my Plasma TV screen or my LCD computer monitor?
ABSOLUTELY! There are no chemicals in the cloth and the cloth will
not scratch these surfaces. NOTE: Dirt will scratch, but the
cloth will not. Make sure your cloth is clean & free of debris from
any other cleaning you may have done.

Why is the cost different on the website
from the show or market I purchased my first cloths?
We have distributors all across
the country that use our logo and information. All prices at markets
are 'Buy Now' prices that are only done at the time of the sale with
the individual distributor selling the cloth. Many times we give a
'complimentary' cloth at the show (i.e. 6 for $20) as an incentive
for the attendees to try the cloths on all their surfaces once they
are home.
When customers buy only a couple,
they tend to be very protective over them... using them only on
their glass mirrors & windows. As we all know, once used in other
rooms and all surfaces - you don't want to go back to using anything
else!

Why am I getting streaks on my windows?
Once in a while it has been found
that there can be debris left on your cloths from the manufacturing
process or from previous cleaning you have done which can hinder the
'streak free clean'. Please wash them with whites in detergent -
make sure they are rinsed properly and resume use. For normal use,
wet with water - wring out WELL & wipe any surface. Don't
over- dampen.
Remember: a CLEAN cloth will
never streak or spot so if you are getting streaks after using your
cloth for awhile, it's probably ready for a good 'rinsing' or
washing.

Absolutely! When you come to the

your browser screen.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are not
happy with the Ultimate cloths, please call us at 508-385-8561. We
want you to be as 'in love' with these cloths as we are and if
you're not... there's a reason. We want to work with you so they can
save you the time & money they do all our customers!
All returns must have an RMA #
which you will get from us over the phone.
For orders under $100, if you
would like a refund, we will gladly give you a refund within 30 days
of original purchase.
For retail orders $100 and above,
we will Refund or Exchange products within 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RETURNS WILL
BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# (return merchandise authorization).
If the above conditions are not
met, Ultimate Cloth, LLC reserves the right either to refuse the
return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 30% and
reimbursement of shipping charges.

Why do you only offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee?
We want you to put the cloth 'to
use' and not 'to the side'! Once you use the Ultimate
Cloth products, we know you'll fall in love with them just as our
other customers have. AND if you don't, we also want a phone call
because we know you're probably doing something simple - wrong! We
would never have a problem refunding a customer's money. We would
simply prefer that our customers have the benefit they were looking
for when they purchased the cloth.
